Shoot @cheriej i have a collection of air plants and i wish i had a secret to share with u. Honestly i think its bc he has matured. Ive had this fellow for 4 or 5 years now and this is first time he has bloomed. Hes been in the same spot, and has had the same water/feeding schedule the entire time. So... 🤔

@cheriej @txgardener I currently have about 15 air plants and had them over the years, but only a few blooms in all that time. I can’t say I know the secret though. I don’t fertilize them, so maybe if I did they would bloom better. They die after they bloom, I think that’s why I don’t. 🤔🌞

@txgardener That sounds like a good reason to not fertilize! I’ll not worry about flowers on them, I’d rather they not die. Too expensive to replace and I’d have to replace them!!🤪
