Help me identify this plant. It started growing and it looks nothing like other weeds in the garden or yard. I've never seen it before that's why I let it grow. Its stem is almost woody like a tree and has those slender leaves like a willow. It just started blossoming this week with the tiny flowers that look like the head of a grain. PlantID
