I'm not sure if this will be okay or not? I added more cactus soil to help stabilize them but other than that I don't know what to do. (and barely water them.) Will those scars heal? #cactus #cacti #opuntia #scars #help #please

He'll grow just fine but will always have the scars. It's ok. It gives him character.
