Yes frustrating to say the least but I overwintered her successfully so she's not forced into growth this year. Sometimes when I see early photos, I think to myself... yes you bought that this year 😂😂😂 @ShelleySnyder

I know what you mean, but what's up with mine! I did buy it this year and it's slow!! I have a Tropicana gold I bought this year also and its been booming for 2 months!🤷‍♀️💘😍

Mine is part shade part sun, maybe I should have gone full sun. Tropicana gold is is the same border and only been out a couple of weeks. We've had really extreme weather this year, dry for months than deluges and lots of wind which is so drying but Cannas have no logic, some years they flourish, some they don't. I've got some normally flowering their socks off by now that are sulking 🤔 @ShelleySnyder

Only had her since Thursday and #canna-cleopatra is opening already I can see see why she's called cleopatra by the leaves but if it was based on the flower I'd have called her harlequin 💛❤️

I love this one, Julie. Mine has loads of leaves with all different kinds of stripes but only one flower so far. I was really hoping for more 😢 but I mustn’t be impatient 😂

They are hard for me to find also except in bulb, but they don't like to grow for me unless I get a already growing plant!🤷💘😍
