Cataloguing.... #canna-durban so disappointed with this canna that came today in a battered box. Should look like the top and left photo. After removing the damaged leaves and stems, I'm left with the bottom right photo. Thanks Royal Mail for playing football with my parcel. The seller was mortified

@wenz i order lots online. Out of about 50 parcels, I've had 2 problems and one of those was because the seller put the wrong house number on it. Don't let it put you off. I've been compensated for this one 🙂

Oh my god @vec this sort of thing makes me so furious!! All we ask is for a bit of care with our deliveries 📦 it's like me doing my job and not answering the phone. Do what you're paid to do! Anyway, I agree @wenz don't let this put you off at all. The mail order companies are absolutely brilliant. They do understand this type of thing happens if you notify them immediately and send pics they have no issues with sending replacement.

😱 oh lord, looks like it’s been dragged through hedge backwards! Good to hear the seller was sympathetic - always a risk with mail order but like you if you research right and get reliable sources then they always come good. Hope you can get this one back up to healthy state 🙏🏼
