This looks a bit like limescale from hard water. Any chance some water got on the leaves?

@ublaszko @Venkat Thanks for the valuable info. I think Limescale is what I have on my croton and coffee tree. I learned that you can clean the leaves with lemon juice and water 😊

@ublaszko lemon juice sounds more natural to me. I prefer more natural methods

Vinegar comes in two types, one of which is natural obtained through the process of fermentation. You can buy natural vinegar from any supermarket. White vinegar on the other hand has no flavour so we only use it for cleaning 😄 @Dragon_Warrior

You're welcome. I use diluted vinegar in the garden quite often. Good for washing away limescale on the outside of the pots. Or for lowering soil pH. @Dragon_Warrior

Trying to grow the curry leaf plant that we have common in #India there seems some white powered deposits coming again and again even if I wash them off... any tips please?
