They're tulips 😊 I like them when they first come out, especially greigii and kaufmanniana tulips which have purple/brown markings on leaves. 😍

They're tough plants and well suited to these conditions. They stop growing when temperatures drop and then start again when the weather warms up. The main thing to watch out for are slugs and snails when there's a mild winter spell as I found out last winter. My last year's tulips looked like Swiss cheese 😂
