@suerichards we have very hot summers where I live (heatwaves in the mid/high 40s and just recently it got to 50 at my place). Hopefully those 40+ days are over till next summer. I'd welcome some cool days right now

@suerichards when it was super hot I had everything covered. Our native plants cope well though. Just have to keep the water up. Thankfully that heat isn't relentless and we get a break with lower temps. Our weather where I am is crazy. We can have 40 one day and 20 the next. It's lovely here this weekend with mid 20s but it's going to warm up through the week.
