After finding that these weren’t really thriving where they were, I took the plunge and moved them! Fingers crossed for flowers and steady growth now. Thanks to @anges and @mrsflowerpot for the encouragement to dig up plants and move them! First plant moved ever, but the #hebe is next. 20-07-19

@mrsflowerpot I have! I was inspired both by your advice and the fact that your plant already had flowers in bloom whereas these have only grown a few cm since I put them in about six weeks ago. They weren’t happy where they were so hopefully they might be now! Agreed - nothing ventured, nothing gained. Thank you
