Does anyone know what’s wrong with my plum tree? I planted it in 2017, had blossom this spring, but it he leaves look shrivelled and crunchy....

This was the last year I was going to give this tree to do something other than have a few leaves. It clearly likes the new spot in the new house!!!!! 😬
