Looks like comfrey. Symphitum. You can make a great fertilizer by soaking the leaves in a bucket full of water for a week. It will smell strong and then you can spray the leaves directly with it.
Omg I just love tips like this @MelanieAt . So just the leaves and spray just the congrats with it or other plants? I figured fertilizer of any sorts would have to go into the soil :). Thanks for the ID
So to be sure if the ID, I would need to see a picture of the whole plant. I'm 98% sure that it's comfrey but it could also be mertensia Virginica (Virginia blue bells) which wouldn't do much as a foliar spray.
And you can use the spray on any plant. You can discard the soaked plant bits in the compost bin after

@MelanieAt apparently it's only here for its medicinal uses. Which I'm excited to try. But throughout the whole spring it was the fav for the bee's.
Bees 🐝 love comfrey. It's so nectar rich that they can't resist it.
