Help me identify this plant
Hello Helen 👋 Thanks for posting what we hope will be the first of many photos. 👏 You can find other like-minded gardeners to follow by tapping on Discover and then "Popular" or "Recommended". If you need to reply to a user or just want to say 'hello', simply @username an individual i.e. @teamgardentags and that person will get an alert in their profile. Enjoy using GT! 😃
Thanks also for asking us to help identify your plant #PlantID. Fellow GT'ers are you able to help Helen? @PlantDoctor @David @barbaramatthews @justin @richard.spicer.7906 @thedanielrichards @Garyg @linfoster @joanboston @mr_plantgeek @tiggrx @kathy @mikethegardener @GREENFINGERSLTD
Its a type of euphorbia can't remember which one but it is a bit of a thug as it self does everywhere.
Nooo! Sorry that was me pressing the wrong button!first day, not really got my head around it net😳
No probs - you can still edit the tag in your plant list. If you go to your profile page and click the edit button on the photo, it will allow you to choose something else. 👍🏼
Thank you geoffboston. It just appeared in the front garden and has been growing like mad ever since , so yes, definitely a thug!
It's Caper Spurge (Euphorbia lathyris)
@richard.spicer.7906 I can't even find my plant list now!😩 I'll keep trying thanks anyway ..derrr!
Thank you tiggrx. I've googled Caper Spurge, and that's definitely it. My front garden seems to be a haven for unsolicited plants - I've got masses of Antirrhinum which have self-seeded from one plant which I know I didn't put there, and have even had tomatoes and spring onions popping up.
One of the trailing Petunias in my hanging basket
Wow gorgeous 💜❤️💗
Thank you 😊. The baskets are just starting to flower nicely. I'll take some more pictures at some point, but a thunder storm is just brewing up, so I think I'll leave it for the moment! 🌂
