It's very healthy. But it's very "hairy" to be a mistletoe cacti. Looks like more like a Rhipsalis Pilocarpa (Hairy Stemmed Rhipsalis)

@txgardener I asked the lady what it was. And she looked the name up on her phone today it said it was a rhipsalis mistletoe cactus
