@Soph1e - thank you! 💐 If you don’t quite get the pink edges it could also be Mexican giant which is under the ICN as E. Colorata.
I'd be over the moon if it was Mexican Giant. My OH went to order one for my birthday from my favourite succulent nursery only to find they'd sold out.
