Any idea what's happened to my Cape Daisy?

Maybe frost? Or underwatered/overwatered? I noticed mine droops as soon as the top of the soil dries out but the brown blotches on yours seem to be either frost or too much water.

They went in recently so can't be the frost. I've been worried the bed was getting too much sun so overwatering sounds likely.

Should I dead head?
My African daisies have perked back up after I overwatered them
