For the life of me I don't know why but it was worth the wait! She hasn't been on here for a couple of years so she probably won't see this but I love it!!

@ShelleySnyder irises are super resentful of root disturbance, the way peonies are, and always sulk a year or more after transplanting before blooming. #worththewait
