A clump-forming, evergreen perennial with broad, strap-shaped, dark green leaves and large, rounded heads of trumpet-shaped flowers, often with a central stripe on the petals. It flowers in late summer and early autumn. 'Maureen' bears rounded flower heads, with lilac coloured flowers with a deeper lilac stripe down the centre of each petal. It flowers later in the season
