Bugle 'Braunherz'

This is a fast growing ground covering plant but could become invasive if not kept under control, it spreads by putting out runners. The glossy leaves are oval in shape with some varieties being a mid green, but others ranging to a dark green with purple markings. The flowers grow on short spikes. The oval glossy leaves are are oval in shape, purple/green and rumpled looking. It produces upright stems with dense blue flowers in Spring. Bee friendly.
