Clump-forming tubers that send up upward-facing leaves and flowers on stems up to 1.5 metres tall. The flowers, which have 6 sepals up to 5 cms. long, 6 curving stamens, and a stigma with 3 lobes, come in many colours, (not blue) and with speckles, streaks, and stripes of darker colours.Height: 'Everest Canary Yellow' is tall, and bears golden yellow blooms all Summer.
