Clump-forming tubers that send up upward-facing leaves and flowers on stems up to 1.5 metres tall. The flowers, which have 6 sepals up to 5 cms. long, 6 curving stamens, and a stigma with 3 lobes. 'Selina' has gorgeous white flowers blushed with pink and yellow.
