Ampelopsis glandulosa is a deciduous, woody, perennial climbing vine with palmately lobed, toothed-edged leaves that are white-shiny on the underside.underneath with a coarsely toothed margin. It climbs via tendrils. It bears umbels of small, greenish-white flowers in Summer, followed by 4-8 mm dia. round speckled fruit containing 2-4 seeds, and that can be green, blue, purple, pink or yellow with black or brown speckles - it can have many different colour fruit on the same plant.
