Granny's Bonnet 'White Star'

An upright, attractive looking plant. This species are popular garden flowers and appear in a variety of single colours and bi-colours with single or double blooms. Though perennial, they are best treated as biennials as cultivars can be short-lived. Remove flower-heads to prevent the plant going to seed as they self seed. 'White Star' is an upright perennial with divided, light green leaves and showy white and cream flowers, with short, curled spurs that bloom in late spring to early summer.
