Chilli 'Pimenta da Neyde'

A small upright shrub with glossy green leaves of varying sizes depending on the variety. Chillies tend to be long, narrow, tapering fruit. The single flowers are an off-white (sometimes purplish) color while the stem is densely branched and up to 24ins tall.'Pimenta Da Neyde' is a medium hot chilli with a somewhat nutty taste. The chillies ripen to a dark purple colour - and stays dark purple, rather than turning red like most chillies.
