Montbretia 'Fire King'

Dark green lance shaped foliage - each plant can produce up to 10 stems of brilliant red/orange flowers - flowers early to late summer - tubular flowers - reproduces by underground stolons which produce corms for new plants. Crocosmia have bright green, sword-like foliage and wiry, branching stems and carrying buds which open to create a splash of colour in the late summer. They grow quickly and form clumps which can become invasive thus need dividing regularly.
