A tall growing plant producing an edible globe vegetable. The arching leaves are covered with a greyish, bluish, or whitish waxy coating. They are arching in habit, and the globe vegetable grows from the top of the stem in summer. If it is not harvested, flowers of purple/blue appear. 'Green Globe' is an improved variety with consistent quality headds of good size.
