Although a short lived perennial, it is usually grown as a biennial.The 'Sweet™' series bloom in their first year, and uniform height and flowering. 'Sweet™ Black Cherry' is one of the most attractive Sweet Williams. Dark red blooms and a sweet fragrance make this dianthus perfect for cut flowers with lots of flowering stems on each plant.
