Purchase pot grown specimens or propagate from cuttings which are easy to take.
Propogation by cuttings

Either remove crown from old leggy canes and plant in moist potting compost. Use bottom heat. Or, pieces of stem, 2 to 3 inches long, can be used as cane cuttings.
