A poular, ornamental grass with very fine golden green arching leaves. The loose flower clusters are grey-blue with a hint of purple in colour and turn to seed heads in autumn. Festuca glauca ‘Golden Toupee’ will grow to a height and spread of 30cm and it is ideal for ground cover.
