Strawberry 'Fragoo Deep Rose'
The common garden strawberry (collectively known as strawberries) is widely grown for its sweet tasting, juicy red fruit. Strawberry plants are easy to care for and will provide an abundance of first class fruit for a numbers of years. When they come to the end of their fruiting lives they are easily propagated by removing the old plants and planting the runners. 'Tarpan' (or 'Fragoo Deep Rose' as it is often sold as) sports berries that are elongated, juicy and sweet. It has a long season of cropping with fruits ripening from late spring until the first frost. The heaviest fruiting occurs in late spring to early summer.
