Hosta are popular perennials for shady areas. Grown for their architectural qualities and sumptuous foliage topped with lily-like blooms. The flowers appear in mid-summer. Hosta go completely dormant in the autumn, and the dying foliage can be removed any time before mid-spring. Easily divided in either spring or autumn. 'Cathedral Windows' has heart-shaped large golden leaves with a contrasting wide dark green margin. In Summer fragrant whitish flowers appear.
