Sedum, or Stonecrop, is a large genus of flowering plant which has fleshy, succulent leaves, fleshy stems, and has clusters of small, starry flowers.'Munstead Red' is a compact sedum with glaucous succulent foliage, sometimes tinged purple, and in late Summer to mid Autumn has clusters of dark red flowers borne on red-purple stems.
