Isopogon is a genus of low-growing and prostrate perennial shrubs endemic to Australia. They bear dark green, deeply lobed foliage, and large, well displayed mauve or pink cone flowers from early Autumn that make good cut flowers. 'Candy Cones' bears pink-mauve flowers, which are long-lasting as cut flowers. Hardy in most well drained soils. Requires an open, sunny position. Frost and drought tolerant once established. Can be grown in containers.
