Lily (Species) Lily of Nepal
Tall, flowering perennials up to 60-80 cm. in height. A single, unbranched stem from a bulb with narrow, pointed leaves. Flowers are large and often fragrant, and in a range of colours. Flowers have six petals and prominent stamens. Lilium nepalense is a species lily with large greenish yellow flowers with a red centre. It prefers a cool acidic soil.
