Muscari - Grape Hyacinths - are small clump-forming perennials with densely-packed short spikes of fragrant deep-blue/purple bell-shaped flowers in Spring. It can be an invasive plant. Muscari armeniacum is the most common of the grape hyacinths found in the UK. The flowers are purple, blue, white or pale pink . M. armeniacum blooms in mid-Spring for 3-4 weeks. 'Siberian Tiger' has short spikes of fragrant white bell-shaped flowers in spring.
