Plant
From Early Spring TO Mid Spring
Start your plants off in a nursery bed and transplant them when they reach 15cm in height. When transplanting, they should be planted about 30cm apart into a muddy bed, ideally into acidic clay. At least 10cm of water should cover the soil. Plants need full sun and a minimum temperature of 21C which must be achieved over a 6 month period. The summer months are best for growing as the days are longer with more sunshine.
