Excellent for eating fresh and for freezing. Also a top variety for canning. All America Selections Winner. If limited for gardening space try a 3 to 5 gallon container for growing on your patio or deck. Sow seeds directly outdoors. Plant 1-2 seeds every 3 inches. When seedlings have 4 leaves, thin to 1 plant every 3 inches. Harvest beans all season by sowing every 2 weeks until 2 months before frost. Harvest pods while young and tender. Germinates in 8-16 days. Depth to sow: 1-2 in. 3 inch seed spacing. 18 in row spacing. 52 days to harvest. Height: 1-3 ft. Spread: 1-2 ft.
