Phlox adsurgens 'Wagon Wheels'

Mountain Phlox

Phlox may be annuals or perennials, mat-forming or erect. All have abundant, colourful flowers, each has a tube opening into five petals and often with a contrasting colour at the throat. Some border perennials are vulnerable to mildew. The annuals are usually trouble free. Phlox 'Wagon Wheels' is a neat, mat forming evergreen with small dark green leaves. It bears salmon pink flowers, the petals of which look like the spokes or a wheel.
