The Phyllostachys Vivax Aureocaulis is a cold hardy bamboo. It sports giant culms grow in a golden colour with an occasional green stripe. The upright culms grow very quickly, even in the cool climate garden. This is a good clump forming bamboo which is ideal for the larger garden.
