Jacob's Ladder 'Stairway to Heaven'
Polemonium, or Jacob's-ladder, is native to cool temperate to arctic regions of the Northern Hemisphere. It has lance-shaped leaves and lilac or white coloured flared cup-shaped flowers in Spring and Summer. 'Stairway To Heaven' produces clumps of delicate variegated foliage and light blue flowers in mid to late spring. The cream edged leaves are heat tolerant and develop a lovely pink tinge when grown in full sun.
