White Mustard Tilney
White Mustard produces yellow flowers which in turn produce hairy seed pods, with each pod containing roughly a half dozen mustard seeds. These seeds are harvested just prior to the pods becoming ripe and bursting. These can be used whole for pickling or toasted for use in dishes or ground and mixed with other ingredients.

Planting out
From Early Spring TO Mid Summer
Plant seedlings 4 - 6 inches apart in organically rich, consistently moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Plant them every other week for an ongoing supply of leaf.
