A vigorous woody tropical climbing vine that can grow up to 18m long. Trifoliate dark green leaves measuring up to 25cm long with stunning jade green to aquamarine pendulous flowers. Each individual bloom resembles a stout-bodied butterfly with folded wings

Propogation by seed

From Early Spring TO Early Spring

The short, oblong, fleshy seedpods are up to 15 cm long and contain up to 12 seeds. These can be collected, dried then planted out however, they are difficuld to germinate thus pot grown plants should be sought from specialist growers
