Tiarella is a genus of 7 species of low-growing perennials suitable for rock gardens or ground cover beneath trees and shrubs. They are closely allied to the genus Heuchera, bearing feathery spikes star-shaped flowers. Mystic Mist' has mottled green and white foliage with tinges of pink in Winter, and produces pale pink and white flowers.
