Tiarella wherryi

 

Wherry's Foamflower

Tiarella is a genus of 7 species of low-growing perennials suitable for rock gardens or ground cover beneath trees and shrubs. They are closely allied to the genus Heuchera, bearing feathery spikes star-shaped flowers. Tiarella wherryi is a compact herbaceous perennial which makes good ground cover with white/pink flower spikes in early summer.
