The 'Empress' series of verbena are semi-trailing, large-flowered, and have good resistance to mildew. The 'Flair' series have an upright form that spreads to a 12" clump. Verbena 'Empress Flair Blue Charme' flowers have large soft purple-blue petals around a white eye.
