This is not a true hollyhock, but a hybrid between Alcea Rosa and Althaea Officinalis. It has creamy semi-double flowers with maroon stamens, flowers over a long period - later than hollyhocks,- and is sterile so puts all energy into the flower production. Continues to flower into Autumn
