Foamy Bells Solar Power in the GardenTags plant encyclopedia

x Heucherella 'Solar Power'

Foamy Bells 'Solar Power'

x Heucherella is a cross between Heuchera and Tiarella, and shows some characteristics of both parents. It is an evergreen perennial grown primarily for their attractive evergreen foliage but they do produce flowers too. Height of plants can vary depending on the cultivar and they have varying leaf sizes in many different, stunning, colours and shades. If planted in shade, the foliage will be more pronounced than if they are in full sun. 'Solar Power' produces a large mound of lobed, yellow-gold to lime green leaves that are splashed with deep red.
