Flower head close up. They don’t seem to « open » as much as persicaria. They are more tubular. #plantid ?

@euphorbia I found some persicaria in the garden but those are much taller and the flowers are « deeper » if that makes sense so not sure those are...

Hi, a mystery. There are several varieties of persicaria and some are really tall. @74nanou74

@euphorbia. Ok thanks. That helps. I think I found it. Common bistort. (And also found more compact Knotweed in the encyclopedia which is another persicaria planted near this one). 👍
