Courgettes coming on well 💚
I love how they grow so fast.
How large is the pot you grow them in Charlotte? I love courgettes but not sure if I have space. @charlotte
I usually put 2 or sometimes at a push 3 plants in a 4ft long pot. They are such a pleasure to grow I'd just go for it . Even if you only grow a couple. @ublaszko
How often do you get fruit from one plant? Is it one a week, more/less? @charlotte
I just converted it to cm. That's a huge pot 😲😲😲 I don't think I have the space for it. @charlotte
Try it in a smaller pot. Got nothing to loose. From one plant i can get about 10 courgettes. If you harvest them regularly they keep growing @ublaszko
I'll give them a go next year 👍 I think I could use a grow bag but compost is expensive this year so I'm going to start growing veg from next year. This year I'm just doing sweet peppers and radishes because I can marry them with my tiny rhubarb in the same grow bag 👍😁 @charlotte
