Yay I #gyo courgettes!!! Now what to do with them :-)

Courgette cake if you have a glut..I had an allotment and been a novice at the time I planted 10 plants and got a bit 6 courgettes of each plant at any one time! !😂😂 don't think I ever want to eat another one lo...but courgette cake is lovely 😊

Thanks @hobnob may give that a go. We were thinking corgetti spaghetti.

I have just had spiralized courgettes with pesto and a sprinkling of parmesan and it was delicious 😊
