Yes,your work is excellent! ☺ U had babies the pkage well for it to come to a nee home. I searched alittle about growing from seed and they said sometimes difficult. So don't feel bad either. Thx again for your kindness. STILL LOVING MY GOLDFISH... HEHE!😍💕

@gjones It is 😉 I just grew these babies over the winter from cuttings; the original one is enormous! Now trying to grow from seeds I collected, not sure whether it's possible yet, but if successful maybe I can mail you some 😀

@gjones I was lucky enough to stumble upon one at a farmers' market last year (before I had ever heard of them) Then it grew sooo fast that I started taking cuttings, just to see if it would work... and it does, obviously haha 😉

@Acetaker The babies are all tiny rooted plants now ☺️ I didn't have a chance to try growing any from seeds yet, but hopefully will soon! I can send you one of the plants (& some seeds too if you want to try them) whenever, now that it's warm out ☀️

Are these an easy plant or are they moody? My son would love it, but don't want to inflict him with a hassle.

@lovestogarden It's easy! I kind of expected a hassle since it's a tropical plant, but as long as you keep it hydrated & don't let it get too cold, it should be fine 😊 ...ours lived outside here all summer, & I don't consider PA a very tropical climate, lol!

I saw some cuttings for sale on etsy but not sure how well that would work, I guess it depends how far they need to be mailed? I wasn't even sure if u could take cuttings, but I've been meaning to look into it...

Last weekend my mom gave me this clay pot she found in storage. Her old initials & class period are carved into the bottom, from when she created the pot for art class in high school!

@alovealoe Doesn't require too much... it's originally from a tropical environment, so as long as it has plenty of water & doesn't get too cold it should be happy!

@Acetaker I actually found it at a local (PA) farmers market, surprisingly! This stand had all kinds of crazy plants that I had never seen before!!! 😍 So of course, I ended up leaving with the goldfish & 3 others (bloodleaf, purslane, & a pink coleus💕)!

I'll have to find out if there's any way to propagate them, because more people should definitely have one :)
